Return Policy
We accept returns of products only in case if they are damaged or defective upon receipt. To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive the returned product.
There is no return or refund in case of the product being delivered at good condition.

The company will only repay you for defective or damaged goods in real instances. If the erroneous product is delivered, the company will either replace it or reimburse the cost of the faulty products. The company will make the final decision on the product.
TLF denies liability and makes no refund guarantees in the following situations:
Flowers, plants, fruits, candies, presents, and preserved goods are delivered to fake addresses provided by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries caused by the receiver either declining to accept the delivery or being absent when it is made at the sender’s designated address. Product quality issues caused by the recipient’s poor treatment of the merchandise.
Order cancellation is accepted if requested at least 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to satisfy all or a portion of your order (the product or any alternative product to you at all), we will notify you as soon as feasible and refund your cash for the portion that was not delivered. TLF will process the online refund after receiving confirmation from the client or beneficiary via mail or phone. After TLF processes your refund, it will take 10 to 15 business days for it to reflect in your account.
Exchange
Once the item has been prepared or dispatched, we won’t be able to accommodate any requests for product exchanges.
A faulty or damaged product
We provide returns where there are justifiable grounds. However, if a defective or broken item has been provided, kindly let us know as soon as possible. Contact us by phone at 77-1010-3131 (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday) or email at info@theluxuryflorett.com within an hour of getting the merchandise. When our person contacts you, they might need more details about the delivered goods or any problems with it. We need your participation and assistance to finish the procedure and rapidly address your issue.
In legitimate circumstances, the company will only reimburse you for the flawed or damaged goods. According to the Terms and Conditions, if TLF initiates a refund, the reimbursement procedure takes 10 to 15 days
The Luxury Florett retains the right to refuse a refund if there are good reasons.
The Luxury Florett has the right to refuse shipping any order to a client for a number of reasons, including the inability to deliver to a specific location, product availability, and more. Your refund will be started if our office rejects your paid order.
The reasons for cancelling an order might range from product availability to proximity to the shipping address, to product damage or inaccurate packaging, etc.
In cases where a customer’s identity verification is required for the delivery confirmation and the client fails to provide it, we reserve the right to withhold shipping a product to that customer.
