Order Cancellation

Same-Day Orders: Once placed, same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled or modified, as they are processed immediately.

Advance Orders (Next Day or Later): - 
Cancellations requested 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time will be eligible for a full refund. 
- 
Cancellations made within 3-12 hours of delivery may incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
- 
Cancellations made within 3 hours or after dispatch or after the order has arrived at the delivery location are not eligible.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team via email or phone with your order ID. 
Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed if: - 
The order was cancelled within the cancellation window.

The product delivered was damaged or not as described (with valid photographic proof).

Non-Refundable Situations: - 
Delivery issues arising from incomplete/incorrect address or recipient unavailability. 
- Non-delivery due to service failure (excluding recipient unavailability or incorrect address).

Personalized items, flowers, cakes, or perishable goods once dispatched.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. 
Modifications

For changes in delivery date, address, or product, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the delivery time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
