Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas:
We deliver fresh flowers, cakes, and gift bundles across Delhi NCR. Same-day delivery is available for select locations if the order is placed before the cut-off time (usually 7:00 PM IST).

2. Delivery Timings:
We offer standard delivery slots between 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. While we strive for timely deliveries, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather). Dear customers please check out at least three hours before the desired delivery time, and we will not consider any orders for same day delivery after 7:00 PM.

3. Delivery Charges:

Zone A. Up to 40km

  • Minimum order amounts is ₹999/- and eligible for delivery within Delhi Ncr, 40km limits.

  • Delivery charge applied on order amounts between ₹999/- to ₹2998/- as per distance from our store location at Patel Nagar, Delhi.
  • Free Delivery Start from amounts ₹2999/- or more at the distance of 40km form the store.
  • Minimum order amounts is ₹999/- and eligible for delivery within Delhi Ncr, 40km limits.

  • Delivery charge applied on order amounts between ₹999/- to ₹2998/- as per distance from our store location at Patel Nagar, Delhi.

Zone B. 40km to 70km

  • Minimum order amounts is ₹1499/- and eligible for delivery within Delhi Ncr, 70km limits.

  • Delivery charge applied on order amounts between ₹1499/- to ₹3999/- as per distance from our store location at Patel Nagar, Delhi.
  • Free Delivery Start from amounts ₹3999/- or more at the distance of 70km form the store.
  • The maximum delivery distance is 70 km from our store.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) NOT ALLOWED at this moments.

4. Special Occasion Deliveries:
During peak days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, etc., delivery time slots may be extended. Early bookings are highly recommended.


Return & Refund Policy

1. Perishable Products (Flowers & Cakes):
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and cakes, returns are not accepted once delivered. However, if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or of poor quality, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will either:

  • Redeliver the correct/fresh product, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund/store credit.

2. Non-Perishable Items (e.g., Gift Hampers, Accessories):
Can be returned within 12 hours of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping charges may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Same-day orders: Cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Advance orders: Can be canceled up to 12 hours before delivery time for a full refund.

4. Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
