Same-Day & Express Shipping Policy

At The Luxury Florets, we understand that life's most precious celebrations often require timely gestures. To ensure your floral arrangements and gifts arrive in peak perfection, we offer dedicated express and same-day delivery services across selected coverage areas.

1. Same-Day Order Cut-Off Time (7 PM)

Order Cut-Off: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed and confirmed before 7:00 PM IST.
Post 7:00 PM Orders: Orders received after 7:00 PM will automatically be scheduled for the earliest available slot on the following day.

2. Same-Day Delivery Time Slots

For your convenience, we offer three elaborate delivery windows to accommodate your personal preference:

Daytime Slot: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Evening Slot: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Late Night Slot: 10:00 PM – 12:00 PM

3. Priority & Urgent Delivery Concierge

If you require urgent or time-sensitive fulfillment outside standard schedules, please reach out directly to our concierge team at +91 77101-03131.
Based on availability and courier routing, our team will make every effort to accommodate your urgent delivery request.

4. Midnight Surprise Deliveries

By Request Only: We are pleased to facilitate midnight deliveries to create unforgettable surprise moments. Midnight slots are subject to advance request and studio capacity.
Additional Shipping Surcharge: A nominal additional shipping fee applies to all midnight delivery bookings to cover dedicated courier handling.
